Who handles a complaint from a long-term customer about the atrocious ad featuring the red-haired baby? That was terrible, not funny and makes me question the company.

Not sure what qualifies as "atrocious"  in your world, but it appears to be just as dumb as the other commercials they've put out this season.

I don't like any of them.  Don't think I've seen the baby one yet.
