Ignore the message from TurboTax and continue. The program is looking at the middle two numbers and incorrectly assuming that the ITIN was issued prior to 2013.

Yes you are correct, program checking the middle number as mins is "95". But when I am clicking on "Continue" button/ link page not moving to next page. Any suggestion here.

Try clicking on Continue several times. If that does not work, see if starting My Info again and edit your information.

Also, have you used this ITIN on a US federal tax return in any of the last three years, 2020, 2021 or 2022?

Then you should be all good to file in 2023 with your ITIN.
