Which version of TurboTax should I use as a Realtor, but I only file under my personal name? I have a 1099 for all income.

You will use the TurboTax self-employed if using the online version (which approx. 80% use).

If you use the desktop/CD you would use the TurboTax Home and Business as this has the detailed questions, for a Sch C, business.

The Realtor income and expenses will be reported on teh Sch C which is part of the tax return.
