Which version of Turbo Tax to I need?

I am an occupational therapist working in home health for an agency. I drive between several appointments throughout the day. I also incur the expenses of maintaining my own supplies and equipment (toys, consumables, etc.). Additionally, I need access to a cell phone for me to log visits for parents to sign off on and typically I deduct a portion of my cell phone bill. I used to run a cosmetic business (Mary Kay), but have dissolved it prior to last year's taxes, so I no longer have anything to submit for that. I used to get the Business version because of the Schedule C, though since I no longer have the business I don't need it. Do I still need to have that version to submit my other business expenses?

Yes, if you are an independent contractor, you must file your income and expenses on a Schedule C and compute the self-employment tax.

I am no longer and independent contractor with MaryKay. I work for a home health company, but they do not provide equipment or supplies. Do I still need to use the Business version of Turbo Tax or can I input those expenses in either Deluxe or Premier?
