Which Turbo Tax software should I be using to file a sole proprietor business, as well as, a husband and wife llc along with W-2s?

If you are using the Online version you need the Self Employed version.  If you buy the Desktop CD/Download program then any version will handle it but you get the most help in the Home & Business version.

Do you need to file a separate Business return for the LLC?

Turbo Tax Business is a separate program from Home & Business.  TT Business is for 1120 Corporation, 1120S Corp, 1065 Partnership or 1041 Estate/Trust returns. Not for self employed independent contractors.  Any version of Turbo Tax (except the Free Online edition) will handle a 1099Misc and 1099NEC.  You just get more help in the higher versions.

You can buy the personal Home & Business version here…

I live in NH which is not a community property state.  I used the Turbo Tax for business last year for my sole proprietor business.  My husband and I started a LLC in January 2020 right before COVID.  I own 51%.  I just need to know, if I can continue filing our taxes with the existing program I used last year and still be able to add the LLC to it?  The LLC has its own EIN.  Additionally, we have W2s to add as well.  Any clear answer is greatly appreciated.
