Which form do I use to file Self employment

You will report your self-employment income and expenses on Schedule C.

To quickly go to the input for Schedule C:

• Click on the orange "Take me to my return" button (if you have just logged in)
• Click on Search at the top of the screen
• In the search box, type "Schedule C"; hit Enter
• The first link you should see is Jump to schedule c - click on this link

Note:  If you have a profit on Schedule C, you will also file Schedule SE.  This form will be automatically generated by TurboTax if it is required.
