where to report federal check refund

I received two federal checks in 2024—one for my 2023 tax refund and the other for  2021 tax refund. Should I report them when filing my 2024 tax return? If yes, where should I report them in Intuit TurboTax?

No you don't report federal refunds.  Only state refunds if they are taxable.
