Where to issue 1099-MISC on TurboTax?

I need to issue 1099-MISC. The link on TurbTax changes every year as if TurboTax intentionally makes the link difficult to find. Can someone tell me where to find the link to create 1099-MISC for TurboTax Online 2025?

You may create W-2's and 1099 forms using Intuit's Quick Employer Forms.  See here.

 

You may create W-2's and 1099 forms using Intuit TurboTax Online Premium.  See here.

 

You may also create W-2's and 1099 forms using TurboTax CD / Download Home & Business.

I can't find it in my Turbo tax from Costco Premier version.  I followed the above steps and only find out they ask $349 for employer form. Very confusing!
