I am doing taxes for my parents and I do not have copies of their SSA-1099s. My dad passed away last year and my mom is 92 and currently in rehab. Any suggestions on how to get this information? I see I can't download it in TT. I guess I can guestimate based on last year and the increase to 2024.
You'll need to go to a local Social Security office with several documents. You'll probably need to set up a meeting in person with them. Here's a guess at documents you'll need: official death certificates for your father; documentation regarding your mother's inability to come to an in-person meeting (from the medical institution or her physician?); power of attorney for you to handle their business; likely your birth certificate or adoption papers for you. I strongly urge you to not estimate this information unless you are certain that the amounts did not change year-to-year or that you can track the COLA adjustment for 2023-2024. At this late date, you might be advised to file an extension or make an estimated payment now and file for the extension.

If you can access their SSA online account you will be able to get it from there.
If you misplaced your SSA-1099/SSA-1042S or you didn't receive the form in January, you can get a replacement online by signing in to your personal my Social Security account. Select the “Replace Your Tax Form SSA-1099/SSA-1042S” link.

You may be able to create a My Social Security account for your mother. See this My Social Security
