Where to enter property or vehicle depreciation

Hi,  I can't seem to find where to enter property or vehicle depreciation information.  I can go directly to the Schedule E form, but that won't let me enter info.  It apparently has to come from an interview section which I can't find.  Mostly this is for a rental property, I can't seem to find the interview section for filing out the Schedule E form regarding property rentals.

In TurboTax online go to Income & Expenses, then Rentals, Royalties, and Farm to edit rental information.

In TurboTax CD/Desktop it is under Rental Properties and Royalties.

I am not seeing Rentals, Royalties and Farm under Income and Expenses.

If you have already entered rental information you will see an existing income category for Rental Properties and Royalties (Sch E) that you can edit.

Otherwise, scroll down in the Income & Expenses section and select Add more Income, or I'll choose what I work on to get to the Rentals, Royalties and Farm section.

Another way to get there is to type rental into the search box and then select Go to Schedule E

Sorry but this is thoroughly unhelpful.  1) The Mac program doesn't have the
"jump to" feature working.  2) I've chosen "I'll choose what to work on" and there isn't a Rental and Royalties section that I can find.  I don't even have an "Income and Expenses" tab.  I have a "personal Income" tab and a "Deductions and Credits" tab.
