Where to enter foreign tax paid from a Form 1099-Div in TurboTax

I have 'Foreign Tax Paid' on a Form 1099-Div and cannot figure out where to enter in the Interest and Dividend section.  I have found where to enter the Foreign Tax Credit, but not the Tax Paid.  I have already inputted my dividend information.  Any guidance is appreciated.

When you enter your 1099-DIV in TurboTax, you will see a sentence that instructs you to click a box if you have more entries on your 1099-Div then boxes 1(a) to box 2(a). When you choose that option, you will see that you can enter your foreign tax paid in box 6.
