Where to add 1099G/INT?

I received a 1099G/INT from The State of South Carolina Department of Revenue from tax year 2015. Do I need to add this to my tax returns this year? If so, where do I add them?

Since the South Carolina Form 1099-G/INT you receive indicated an overpayment for 2015, reporting a prior-year South Carolina tax refund or credit, you would enter it just as you would a Form 1099-G.
