Where the option to pay with credit card

Pay TurboTax account fees?  In the File section on Step 1

Pay federal or state taxes owed?  In the File section on Step 2

There is no option to pay with credit card.  

 

Options are by mail, debit/checking account

 

Others are payment plan through government

 

Or options to receive money back.
