I show this should be available.
Try closing TurboTax, clear your Cache and Cookies if you are using TurboTax Online, and reopen TurboTax. You can also try a different browser.
Also, make sure you have ran all updates.

That is not the current form you see available. They need to finalize current one and send email notification as noted at end of forms or give a date when it is really going to be ready if at all.
Can you try filing today and let us know if you have any problems or issues?
I am having the same issue. This form is not available anywhere but Turbotax.
I just ran a check today and still shows not available using desktop version. How can we file if this form is still outstanding?
Form 8915-F does show as being available on the Form Availability List. However there are some software updates being implement that have resulted in a delay. Please check back after 3/15/2024, update your software if you are in the desktop version of the software, and try to proceed with your return.
As of Date 3/26/2024 no update on this form. I have the desktop version. Pleas advise.
Form 8915-F does show as being available on the Form Availability List. However, some software updates are being implemented that have resulted in a delay. There will be two separate updates to the form. The first is anticipated on the 22nd and the second is anticipated on the 29th. After those dates, update your software if you are in the desktop version of the software, and try to proceed with your return.
