Where is the documents tab in the navigation? I need to download my 2017 return. Not using TurboTax for 2019.

The Documents link is in the left menu panel in TurboTax Online.  Look under the TurboTax logo, and you should see Tax Home and then Documents.  You should see it when you first sign into TurboTax Online.
