Where is the box for primary claim as dependent because i am dependent on parents? clicking on fix it now goes in endless circle

You need to say that you can be claimed as a dependent?   Go to MY INFO and click your name.  Go through the screens to the question that asks if you can be claimed as someone else's dependent and say YES.
