Where is my tax refund for the year of 2024?I completed and submit to W-2s in January 2025. I did not work in the year of 2023.The business tax form needs to be removed

There are errors during the process of my refund that need to be corrected. The business form needs to be removed. I did not work in the year of 2023. I need a refund from TurboTax since I paid in February of 2024 to file early. And I want any and every tax benefit applied towards my refund for the delay in the inconvenience. My mailing address in [Removed PII]. I am requesting a direct deposit of my return ASAP along with refund of any and all money I paid to TurboTax for the early file which never happened. I want this matter top priority and corrected immediately

Any TurboTax fees you paid for in a previous year are a separate issue.  Nothing about that can be added to your refund for a 2024 tax return.

TurboTax gives you an estimated date for receiving your refund based on a 21 day average from your date of acceptance, but it can take longer.  “21 days”  is not a promise from TurboTax or the IRS.

First, check your e-file status to see if your return was accepted:

Once your federal return has been accepted by the IRS, only the IRS has any control.  TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS. Your ONLY source of information about your refund now is the IRS.

You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount  (line 35a of your 2024 Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:

To track your state refund:

If you chose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund, that will take some extra time, while the third party bank handles the refund processing

As for the 2023 return you started in 2024 but say you did not file:

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue.  If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help.  Do not use the word “refund.”
