Where is box d for control number on my w2?

Please view the image below to locate the Control Number, Box D on your W-2 Form. 

Please keep in mind that the number in this box is not required to be entered on your tax return. It is just a number used by your payroll company to track the W-2's that are sent out. Please view the TurboTax FAQ below for more information.
