Where does turbotax business show taxes to be paid (TurboTax has a window in the upper left showing payment/refund).

I'm not sure why your business entity has a tax liability, but business entities (even passthroughs sometimes) can have a tax liability or refund. This is obviously most common in C-Corps. But, partnership will often have to make state tax payments on behalf of out of state partners.
