Where does the Income Taxes Paid come from? It does not seem right and I can not verify it.

I am self-employed and did not have W2.

You do not say where this came from, so I was going by my own experience. I am not an expert on this, but I would say that unless people who paid you and withheld taxes, there are no Income Taxes paid.

Federal Income tax is withheld by your employer, the amount is mentioned on the W2 form under box 2.
