Where do you put amount paid with extension on 1040?

I need to file an extension. There is a tax due on my Tax Return. I plan to pay that before 18th of April online as extension tax. Where do I input that on my Turbo Tax Return (desktop edition) so that my Tax is zero on 1040 when I file it later as I will have already paid it with extension?

To enter the amount you paid with an extension (including state extension) go to

Federal Taxes (or Personal for desktop H&B version)

Deductions and Credits

Then scroll way down to Estimates and Other Taxes Paid

Other Income Taxes - Click the Start or Update button

Next page second section Payments with Extension

Either Visit All or Click Start or Update by the extension you paid
