Those fees are no longer deductible.

I believe Investment advisor fees on an Inherited IRA are deductible.

They would only be deductible as miscellaneous itemized deductions, which were suspended for most tax filers by the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act effective for tax year 2018 to 2022.
