Where do i upload my form 1095-A? it only asked information from my 3895 form but when i file i get rejected for not submitting my 1095-A.

This information needs to be entered on the Federal side of the return.  You don't need to upload the Form, but input the information on the form into the system.  Please see this Help Article:  Where do I enter my 1095-A?

The subsidy the State of California paid to your health plan, reported on FTB 3895, is different from the federal Premium Tax Credit on the Form 1095-A.

To enter the federal portion in TurboTax Online, you may need to scroll down past the list of questions already entered to the  Medical section and click on Show More.

The last option is Affordable Care Act (Form 1095-A.)
