Where do I send the signed forms for both Federal and State?

So, I don't have to send a form with my signature unless the IRS requests one?

If you e-filed your income tax return, you do not have to mail anything to the IRS unless specifically requested to do so.

If you are requested to mail a form to the IRS, you will get instructions from the IRS as to what to mail and the address to mail it to.
