Where do I select that I can be claimed on another persons Tax Return?

You are asked that in My Info. If you missed that question you can go back to My Info click edit by your name and watch for that question to answer it correctly. 

Click on My Info on the left side
Click on the pencil icon to the right of your name
Scroll down to #3 Someone else can claim me as a dependent on their tax return
And pick Yes or No
