SSI is not entered on a tax return.  It is not taxable and you will not have a tax document to enter.    If you receive Social Security benefits, you get a SSA1099.   But SSI and Social Security are not the same thing.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SOCIAL SECURITY BENEFITS AND SSI?

This income is not required to be reported on your tax return.  Supplemental social security income is not taxable under US tax law.  See the first part of the first FAQ HERE for information about that.
