It is under Business Income: Income You Gave Back.

Go to:

  1. Federal
  2. Business Income & Expenses...Update
  3. Edit your business
  4. Business Income
  5. Income You Gave Back

This item was always much clearer to find/enter in older versions of TurboTax.  In retail sales we frequently have items that are returned by the customer.  This item was impossible to find based on the questions asked.  The location under "income you gave back"  while accurate, is NOT intuitively linked to the cost of goods sold bottom line that one is trying to account for.  Thanks Tom.
