Where do I report income I received on my 2018 1040 personal income tax return as a Non Licensed Day Care provider? I did not receive a 1099-MISC form or W-2.

I provide care for my grandchild as a non-licensed provider.  In order for my daughter to receive the child care credit she has reported my Social Security Number as the provider.  Where do I report this income that is listed on her W-2 Box 10 Dependent care benefits on my 2018 Form 1040?

If you are using TurboTax Home and Business, it is reported in the Business section of the program.  You will enter the information under the "Business Income and Expenses" section.  Be sure to include expenses that you are entitled to claim.  Otherwise the amount you received gets taxed twice:  a good 15% for self-employment taxes, and then again at your tax rate for your taxable income.
