Where do i put the 10,200 for unemploment

It would be in the wages section of your tax form. It would be under the 1099G question. I assume you have a 1099G form that tells you your unemployment amount. Just follow the questions and you will be okay. Don't put it as straight-up wages as if you had a W2 form.

You don't need to enter anything (other than your 1099-G) to claim the Unemployment Credit.

to avoid issues you must enter the actual UC on the 1099'G then Turbotx will figure the excludable portion  (do not enter the 1099-G as gross less exclusion because TurboTax will then figure any remaining portion is entitled to the exclusion totally messing up your return
