From @Heather14: In your Massachusetts return, you will reach the page Let's Go Over Your Health Insurance Information. This is where you enter the information from your 1099-HC.
If you need to get back to the state section of the return, log in to your TurboTax Online account and select the "Take me to my return" button, then on the left menu bar select "State" to get back to your state return.
