Where do I post my receipts which forms do I use? I own a catering business

You would file as a business on Schedule C. There are questions on that form for you to put your receipt information in each of the categories.

You don't post (enter) your individual receipts. You add up your expenses, by category, and enter the total for each category. Keep your receipts for your records and in case of an IRS review.
