Where do I input box 9 dollars from a 1099-DIV?

I have a cash liquidation distribution (Box 9) on a 1099-DIV. Where is this input on my tax form?

To enter the amount in box 9 cash liquidation distribution in TurboTax online:

Sign in to your TurboTax account and open (continue) your return
Select Federal from the left menu, then Wages & Income
Locate the section titled Investments & Savings and select Show More, then select Start or Revisit next to Dividends on 1099-DIV
Check the box My Form has info in more than just these boxes.

A liquidating distribution is not taxable until you recover the basis of your stock.
