Where do I find the list of state(s) from which I earned exempt-interested dividends?

I earned some dividends from Fidelity Flex Municipal income fund, FUENX during FY 2024 and I am required to enter the list of state(s) from which I earned this? The tax form I received from Fidelity doesn't list the state(s). While turbotax suggests to reach out to Fidelity that issued the document, the Fidelity customer representative asked me to reach out to a tax expert. Does anyone know or can point me where I can find the relevant info?

only the fund can provide it

it may not matter. you do not pay taxes in those states unless you were a resident at the time earned. you would pay taxes in your home state.  What's more complicated is if the muni interest is from your state's debt securities. The rules for state taxation of that vary widely. For example, my state only taxes interest on some in-state muni's. I was never able to get a breakdown from the fund
