Where do I enter the tax software deduction on the current TT home & Business?

I've almost completed the return & your SW says I'm ready to file, but I still need to add some expenses including investment management fees and the cost of TT s/w for this year

The Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017 has eliminated itemized deductions subject to the 2% limit for tax years 2018 through 2025.  These eliminated deductions include tax preparation fees/software, investment management fees, and other miscellaneous deductions.

So I cannot use my investment manager's fee for any deduction at all?
I can't even offset it against my dividend or interest income or anything else?

I'm wondering same.  I've been combing through software and don't see where to deduct.
