where do I enter my FSA information on my tax return?

You don't need to enter your Flexible Savings Account (FSA) contributions on your tax return. Your FSA contributions may be reported on your W-2, Box 14.  For federal purposes, you have already received the tax benefit of the money not being taxed in Box 1 of your W-2.
