Where do I enter my 1040C form?

I deliver groceries for WalMart (through DDi) as an independent contractor and received a 1040C. Where do I report this income and do I have to even report it I made $300ish?

  • Yes, all income should be reported to the IRS, even $300.
  • Schedule C of your personal tax return (1040) is for self-employment.  As an independent contractor, you are self-employed.
