Where do I confirm my date of birth is correct on form 1040?

To confirm that your date of birth is correct in TurboTax follow these steps:

1. Select Personal Info,
2. Select Continue,
3. Scroll down until you see your name,
4. Your Date of Birth will be beside your name.

The question isn't where to confirm the date of birth is correct in turbotax, the question is where to confirm on the 1040 form. At the end of the process when you are nearly filed, you are told to look over your name, address, ssn, and date of birth to make sure they are correct, yet I do not see a date of birth anywhere on the form itself. Please advise.

Your date of birth is not printed on the tax return, it is only in your My info section in Turbo Tax. It is included in your e-file sent to the IRS, but when you print out Form 1040, that information is not included in the filing forms.
