Where can I report penalty from box 2 from form 1099-INT to the turbo tax deluxe 2018?

On the screen where you enter the Form 1099-INT, check the box below the payer's name that says "My form has info in more than just box 1." Then you will get all the other boxes on the screen and you can enter the early withdrawal penalty in box 2. See the screen shot attached below.
