Where can I find what type of LLC I formed?

Formed 2 years ago and can’t recall if I filed sole member or partnership.  Should I be able to find that info officially on one of the documents that were generated when I formed the LLC initially?

Thanks for the guidance folks.

You have not filed an annual report in the last two years?

Generally, you can find your initial registration on your state's web site (e.g., Secretary of State, Department of State, et al).

Regardless, you should know whether or not your LLC is a single-member LLC (i.e., just you as the sole member) or a multi-member LLC (i.e., there is another member in addition to you).

@Glenn Goodale If you are looking for your license code, as mentioned in your other posts, another Champ posted an answer.

Thank you.  I called the secretary of states office and they confirmed.  Since I listed my wife as a member, I am a multi-member LLC and therefore a partnership requiring form 1065.

Appreciate the responses.
