Where can I find the "What If" form on the downloaded Turbotax Home and Business?

I've tried opening forms, but it is not in the list.

Just type the word "what" into the Forms list search box. If you type "what if", you won't get it, because the actual name is "What-If Worksheet" with the hyphen.
