Where can I access, without having to pay again, 2023 software for TurboTax Home and Business? It is not in my account.

Yes. I have everything from 2019-2024 in there minus 2023. There is no way for me to get 2023 from there without having to purchase it again. 

I originally purchased it from Costco. I received a link to the software and an activation code. The link no longer works since it was last year, however the activation code should have no issues.

I just need the software download. The link I posted is to Canada's Community Forum and they have access to it there for Canadians. I'm just hoping TurboTax US will do the same thing here so I can download the software, log in through it, and input my activation code. Then it will be available in my account moving forward.

Click on this link to get to your 2023 tax download of the Desktop program.  You will see this option under the section titled "File your 2023 taxes."

This number wasn't the one given by the support chat when I was logged in. I did finally get someone who was able to help me! She was the first one to ask for my Software Key/Activation Key. Once I gave that to her she was able to get the software into my account and I was able to finally access it.

Most of the other suggestions given here took me in the same circle as I had gone through on my own and support also sent me through it. Since I did not buy it on the TurboTax site and I hadn't downloaded the software before the year rolled over, I was stuck not being able to access it on the website without purchasing it again. That's why I posted the link in my original message to show what I was hoping TurboTax itself would post for the US side like they did for the Canadian side. I still hope they do a similar post for others like me who used to buy the CDs all the time (since 2007) and was used to not having to put it on limited space of my computer until I needed it. 

Now I know, when I buy it, download and activate it. Then I can uninstall and, when I'm ready, log in, download, and work on it.
