When will we be able to start using turbo for 2023 taxes?

Although the 2023 downloaded program is available ( the online opens in early December) the program is not fully functional and will not be until sometime in late January or even later for many forms and most states.   Eiling will open sometime in late January ... the exact date is not yet posted. 

@sparkyriley download version is available for purchase; online will be available on December 3. 

you can't file until late January.  The IRS has yet to announce the date that they will begin accepting 2023 tax returns. 

From what I see on these boards, those that file quickly are the ones most likely to need to amend.
