If you have a 2GB memory PC, you may get an insufficient memory error. Is that what's happening ??

No, I've got 12GB of RAM.  What's happening is I've downloaded TTx, then open it (it checks for updates) then when I go to launch it, the program just hangs up.  It shows the blue box then a white box with nothing in it - I'm trying to get to the screen that asks for my download keys but not getting there.  I've downloaded, un-installed, re-installed about 2 dozen times - no luck.  I was on TTx help w/ Melissa for nearly 3 hours, and she mentioned that it is an issue w/ HP Pavilions.

" I contacted TT this morning to find out when this would be resolved..... and it has been (if you know the trick!)

  • change your resolution to 800 x 600 (start>setting >system resolution. once it's been changed, your screen size will look very big.

    REMEMBER your initial resolution setting

    !
  • launch TT and the activation screen should launch.  copy / paste in your activation code. you should get the 'all set' green check mark
  • change your resolution back to what is was originally.

it worked for me! "

Someone else found it didn't have to be set all the way down to 800x600...just to one of the lower resolution values than you are currently set at  (I just don't know how much lower)
