When will the internal processing error causing Reject Code F540NR-950 be fixed?

The error message is pasted below. I am using the web version (vs software) and have tried refiling multiple times.

Description of error:
Form 540NR Line 91 (ISRPenalty) must be present unless line 6 (ClaimedAsDependent) is checked 'Yes'.

What needs to be done:
There is an internal processing error with your return. This issue is resolved in a product release scheduled for February 18, 2021. Please update your software on or after 02/18/2021 (for web products this will happen automatically) and run a final review of your state return. If prompted, clear any errors by making the appropriate change and re-submit this return electronically. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Just as an FYI for anyone who sees this, the problem appears to be resolved. I resubmitted my return today and it was accepted.
