When will Form 3800 be available? TurboTax business says Form 3800 is not available but expects this form to be available on 02/16/2024. It is now 02/20/2024.

The availability table is showing 3/1/2024 for C corporations but "available" for other types of returns.

Recent developments have required additional updates for Form 3800 for Schedule C and business returns. As a result, the forms availability table may not show the revised date at this time. The current estimated date of availability is now February 28, 2024. 

 

Please update your version of TurboTax after that date and continue the filing process.
