When reviewing the 1099, if boxes 2-14 have values of 0.00 on my 1099, can I say "my form has no other boxes"

Hello, upon reviewing my 1099 form, I see a question that asks if there is "info in other boxes" besides "Box 1: Interest Income". If all of my other boxes have values of $0.00, then can I state that I have "no other boxes"?

Here is the question on my TurboTax form.

Thank you

Yes, you do not have to check that box if there is nothing but zeros in boxes 2-14.   Box 14 says ''see details'' but since you don't have any tax-exempt interest reported in Box 8, you can leave Box 14 blank as well.   Do not enter any zeros as it may cause an error with e-filing; leave those all blank and only enter the amount in Box 1.
