When importing tax documents from Fidelity, Raymond James... What is Turbo tax looking for when it says "Document ID"? (Form # doesn't work...)

The Document ID is usually found in the upper right-hand corner of your tax document (1099). If you don't see it, please reach out to your broker to request it.
