When imported Vanguard 1099-div incorrect adds some gains twice

The import of Vanguard 1099 DIV  differs from manual entry because intuit (or Vanguard) is adding some gains twice. In my case the import inflates gains by 10,000 dollars. Neither Turbo tax or Vanguard are able to explain this. IMPORTERS BEWARE
