when I try to import last year pdf file tax retun for 2023 on my macbook it doesn 't work all filed are blank need talk to live support please

You are trying to transfer the wrong file.   You do not transfer the pdf.  You need the file called .tax2023

 

The transfer must be done at the very beginning before you enter any 2024 information.
