When i submitted my extension, i estimated tax due and provided bank details. Does Turbotax make the payment to IRS or should i do that separately?

If you entered your banking information for a payment, and the extension was accepted, then TurboTax submits the banking information to the IRS and they initiate a draft from your bank account.
